I pray everyone is doing well, staying safe and practicing. My apologies for not posting recently. We are living in some interesting times and I wanted to post a few observations. In the last couple of years I've observed a dramatic increase in the number of people purchasing fi****ms and seeking professional instruction, which in my opinion, is always a smart choice. There's been dramatic increases in the number of females learning about fi****ms and personal protection, and people requesting private instruction. Most striking to me is the number of seniors, both men and women, who are purchasing fi****ms and training. I've had several over 90 years old. That is not a typo. Over 90 years old. Many students of all ages will comment, "I never thought I would want to own a gun, but I think I should have one." Fortunately, many manufacturers are responding to this increasing demand and are producing fi****ms that are a little more user friendly with lighter recoil springs, magazines that are easier to load, and lower recoil ammunition. So what does all of this mean? I believe, people of all walks of life are growing increasingly nervous, and perhaps even worse, they've lost their faith in the traditional institutions of government that are supposed to protect them. Ask yourself, "Who can I rely on to protect my loved ones and myself?" Know and understand your options for every situation you walk into. WHAT IS YOUR PLAN?
Remember, the firearm is the tool of last resort. Always utilize conflict avoidance and conflict deescalation techniques whenever possible.
