The Lawn Crew Leader must work independently and be able to run a crew. Experience in zero turn operation, w**d whacking and a valid driver's license is required. Experience in mulching, planting, driving with a truck and trailer and plowing is preferred. Pay is $18-20 based on experience, with a bi weekly bonus system in place.

Lawn Maintenance crew members must be able to work independently and be willing to learn and grow in our fast growing family business. Breakfast ice cream

1 sliced frozen banana
2 heaping tbs of peanut butter powder
2 tbs of almond milk
1 tbs of honey
1 tsp of vanilla extract
(Add more or less of any ingredients for taste/think ness preference)
= a tasty healthy breakfast that your kids will love and you can feel good about.

You can switch out the peanut powder with cocoa powder or add both, as well as add any of your favorite toppings.
You can even add some spinach to the mix to add some more nutrient.

Gina Marie’s Fitness is temporarily under construction for the time being.

We are in the process of selling our home and have a lot going on in our lives at the moment that’s taking my focus and time away where I feel like I am unable to give my fitness classes the attention I want.

I’m currently planning on continuing classes again once my new gym studio is set up in our new house hopefully by the fall. In the meantime I am planning on making my classes better and am gearing them more toward being prenatal and postpartum safe which is what I specialize in, not that they won’t still be beneficial and fun for everyone but I’m just going to make them more with prenatal/postpartum safety in mind.

Thank you for all the suppose from everyone. Everyone who has taken a class, every follow, every like, every word of encouragement is very much appreciated!!

I will still post as often as I can, I’m sure I’ll share the journey of selling and the process of our new house, and studio going up and coming together, and just some of the fun stuff my family does from time to time so stay tuned for that.

Thanks again for all the love and support, and hope to see everyone in class as soon as possible!!

I’ve come a long way from this first photo, and can honestly say I’m proud of myself for getting where I am.

I wish I had the knowledge way back when I was pregnant with my daughter that I do now. I took being pregnant as an excuse to relax on my diet a bit, and having a preterm labor scare at less then 25 weeks didn’t help, because it just made me scared to do too much, which just made me put on the pounds and loose strength.

Definitely made it harder postpartum to get back into shape. I thought because I was breastfeeding that the the extra pounds I gained would literally be sucked out of me, but like many women, my body wanted to hold onto the weight because I was breast feeding, and I just felt so much weaker and drained than ever before.

Next pregnancy(if there’s a next) I definitely will do things differently. Will definitely take care of my body better while it is going through, and doing so much for me.

If any of you ladies are going through, or been through this I can’t promise you it’ll be easy, but I can promise you if I can do it you can do it. And if you need a hand I can definitely help you along the way.

I’m happy to say that I’m changing my classes to be prenatal and postpartum safe and beneficial. Not that they won’t still be a good workout for for everyone but they will be gear more towards moms-to-be and new mommies in mind!!

Here’s my Morning Yoga class I was doing on Moxie this morning, sorry something went wrong with my live stream on instagram so it was cut off towards the end and didn’t save, but here it is now.

I’ve been offering free classes this last week to bring light to Cervical Health Awareness Month.

It’s important to remember yes it is very important to stay healthy by exercising regularly, and maintaining a health diet, but another big part to keeping ourselves healthy is by keeping up with our medical appointments, which of course includes going yearly to our Women’s doctors appointments.
