Rain is supposed to stop in a hour or two. Just watch your step in the yard walking to the gym. Sometimes there are some puddles.

ALSO: planned open mat on Sunday 6 Sep, likely around 2pm. Other local gyms welcome. Come roll Gi and no-Gi as well.

I’ll be the first to admit, thankfully my job isn’t too physically demanding, I just need to be online and available for my shift each day. Even when I’m tired and sore (53 after all) I still find time to drive 100+ miles a week to train as well as teach/train 3 times here in town.

That being said, if you’re legit working or have actual health issues then it’s understandable. Being lazy or weak-minded doesn’t mean you’re busy or injured. Show up!! Sitting on the couch playing video games, not showing cause you worked night shift twice last week, got off a little late and don’t have time to go have a snacky snack and watch tv, can drive to work but not the gym, can’t find a ride even though it’s not a long walk, or the famous “I’ll be there next class”.

If anyone that is dedicated to training and see any of these folks let them know we still train the same exact schedule as the past 2 years.
