Meet the Coaches (and welcome to the coaching staff): Abi Goss ❤️

I cheered for the Bleckley County Barons football and basketball teams for three years. I was also a member of the Barons competition cheer team for three years, and our team earned Region Runner-Up in 2024. This year, I am excited to begin my freshman year as a member of the high school competition cheer team. I was also a member of the Barons Unified Club for the past three years, an organization that promotes inclusion for all students. I played both soccer and golf throughout middle school. Our golf team earned Region Runner-Up in 2026. I also had the opportunity to serve as a Junior Journalist for Channel 13 WMAZ.
I have competed in pageants and have earned numerous local, state, and national titles.
After graduating from high school, I plan to attend college and become a special education teacher.

Our very own Anna Kate Wall was nominated for the Georgia Cheerleader of the Year Competition, from about 200 applicants. 🤩

She made top 30 for 1A-4A, and competed in Columbus. 👑

She MADE the All-State and was a top 16 finalist. She will be on the mat at the state cheer competition when the final results are announced. 🥰

She is so talented. We are so proud of her and blessed to have her as a part of the FLEX family! ❤️

‼️ Don’t wait until tryout week to start preparing! The athletes who make the biggest improvements are the ones who put in the work long before tryouts.

🤸🏻‍♀️ Join a tumbling class that focuses on strong fundamentals and proper technique. Mastering the basics is what builds advanced skills.

🔥 Start conditioning now. Aim for at least 3 days a week.

💪 Work on your strength and flexibility

🙌 If you already have a back handspring, KEEP working it! Consistency and clean technique matter just as much as getting the skill.
