Teams of 3
For Time:
Complete 1,776 total reps.

Rules:

* Teams may complete the movements in any order.
* Complete 148 reps of each movement.
* Athletes may divide reps however they choose.
* Every athlete must perform at least some reps of every movement.
* Scale movements as needed.

148 Reps Each:

* Box Jump Overs (24/20)
* Air Squats
* Push-Ups
* Burpees
* Pull-Ups (or Ring Rows)
* Sit-Ups
* Toes to Bar
* Wall Balls
* Ball Slams
* Dumbbell Sn**ch
* Handstand Push-Ups (or Pike Push-Ups)
* Double Dumbbell Deadlifts

Total: 1,776

Suggested RX:

* Box: 24”/20”
* Wall Ball: 20/14 lb
* Dumbbell Sn**ch: 50/35 lb
* Double Dumbbell Deadlift: 2×50/35 lb
