This unique system offers a fierce and motivating experience that you won't find in other workouts. Our custom made band system helps target muscles throughout your body allowing you to maximize your wo

rkout. Combine this with boxing and you will get your body moving while having fun. This unique workout gives you optimal results so you can shed weight quickly. You won't find this system in any other gym. With very low injury rates you can feel confident that you can accomplish your weight loss goals. In addition, our training is safe to do with existing medical conditions and physical injuries. You can get in shape no matter the condition of your body (or the age!). Pricing: Regular $25/session. Special Rate $15/session
