🚵‍♂️ **THIS ONE DESERVES A HUGE SHOUT OUT!** 🏆🚴

Yesterday, one of our own stepped onto the podium at the National Cycling Competition.

That alone is an incredible accomplishment.

But this podium means so much more than ever before.

In October of last year, he suffered a **heart attack, the widow maker**.

And yesterday, he was back doing what he loves, competing at the national level and **STANDING ON THAT PODIUM AGAIN.**

There are wins that are measured in medals, places and times.

And then there are wins measured by the courage it takes to come back.

The patience to rebuild.

The determination to keep training.

And the strength to refuse to let one chapter decide how the story ends.

This is what **Fitness for Your Life** means to us.

Adults who experience premature heart attacks or sudden cardiac arrest often have underlying genetic or structural conditions that start tracking in childhood, which could be detected early through targeted pediatric cardiac screenings.

On Sunday, August 16th from 10-2 we are hosting a ✨free event for children to receive ❤cardiac screenings.
