Happy 59th Birthday to "Iron" Mike Tyson, 1980s and 90s heavyweight champion and cultural juggernaut, who was born Michael Gerard Tyson in Brooklyn, New York in 1966.

Tyson was also a Junior Olympics gold medalist and Golden Gloves champion, but becoming the youngest fighter to win a heavyweight title was his greatest achievement. Since the 80s, Tyson has been one of the biggest figures in sports, and in recent years he's become an incredibly popular celebrity.

This intra-New England battle pits two of the region's most popular 140-pound boxers against one another with a title on the line which ups the stakes of the fight even more.
