Does your fencing glove help your hand move, or does it fight it?

Glove sizing is really about feel, not chasing a perfect number.

In practice, you want a glove that sits snug on your hand, gives your fingers full, easy movement, and stays comfortable through a lesson or practice.

If it pinches, restricts motion, or your fingers start feeling numb, it is too tight. If the fabric bunches, wrinkles, or your hand slides around inside, it is too loose. What this means is you aim for the right finger length and a palm that feels secure without pressure, then expect it to soften a bit as you break it in.
