Happy New Year yall! Our transition to Arizona life and west coast living has been wild but we are finally thriving out here!
I am having a surgery this month and once I am fully healed I can’t wait to get back into training full force!
I have added some courses and certifications to further my expertise and I can’t wait to be able to work with an even bigger variety of clients! I am now certified to work with pregnant and postpartum clients.
I also have my certification as a corrective exercise specialist to help clients that suffer from chronic conditions as well as injuries!

Keep on the look out for some training deals to be announced as I try to restart this business on the west coast! 💪🏼

Let’s be honest here: since moving to Yuma my mental health has been absolute s**t! I am a shell of the girl I once was.
From getting in a horrible accident on the way here, family stuff going on, a less than desirable experience with Matteo’s school… the list can go on. I struggle daily. This is not who I am used to being.

This right here is what keeps me sane. This right here is my one time where it’s acceptable for me to take my psycho brain and channel it into the weights! When my intrusive thoughts are QUIET! What allows me to dig myself out of the hole on my bad days.

This is what makes me able to be the best mom, wife, friend, teacher, coach to littles, daughter, sister…. You name it, I wear a lot of hats. I need this.

I encourage you all to find your outlet that gives you this freedom whether that’s working out or not. Especially being a mom pouring from an empty cup is all too familiar to us.

Don’t forget about yourself! And trust me your sparkle is going to come back and you won’t have to pretend anymore! Seasons of life are temporary.

Make yourself a priority today! Set aside some time for your mental health and do something for YOU!
Midweek is always hardest on me with the crazy busy schedules we have. That’s why I put leg day on Wednesdays (it’s my favorite and it gives me that giddy little feeling of something to look forward to to make me feel good about myself because lord knows that’s a struggle most days!)

Hope yall find a little time for yourself today whatever that may look like and be kind to yourself! 💪🏼🫶🏼

This is true…. Functionality over everything!!!

I see a lot of misconceptions in the fitness world that your trainer should be straight up kicking your ass. And that’s just not true. Should your trainer be challenging you, absolutely (and that looks different for everyone), but dying during your workout and soreness after your workout is not an indicator that the workout was effective.

I have clients of all levels, from the athlete trying to get faster and more explosive to the female that has never lifted a weight in her life and is risking osteoporosis, to the grandparent that wants to be able to keep up with their grand kids, to people like myself- just trying to stay sane, strong, balance hormones, and be healthy in all aspects of life for my kids.

When finding a trainer please do your research and find the right fit for you! Unfortunately in this industry trainers are a dime a dozen.
