Joy Green Fitness A variety of morning classes in Havana and Quincy areas. Wednesday and Friday 9:30 am classes are at the First Presbyterian Church in Havana.

It is a mat class for all levels. Bring a yoga mat, weights on Wednesdays and your sweet self. The Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 am classes are at the Campbell Kelly Community Center in Quincy. These are chair classes--no floor work. Bring weights on Tuesdays and your sweet self.
