Alpha Upkudo Karate and Fitness

Alpha Upkudo Karate and Fitness Alpha UPKUDO was started by Master Anne Radke in 1999 on the recommendation of Grand Master Gary Baker, founder of UPKUDO.

It has since won over 2500 trophies in compeition 275 Division State titles and one world title in Sparring, Kata and Weapons Certified Instructors and Personal Trainer. Karate for children ages 3 and up, teens and adults and seniors, Kickboxing and Conditioning classes for teens and adults, Self Defense for all ages 6 and up/After School Pickup for 6-12 years old. Hours are Karate 6-7 on Tues 7-8 on Thursday, Kicboxing/Conditioning is Wed and Thursday 6-7, Children Classes After School 4-5pm on Monday and Thursday, Wednesday 6-7pm Little Kickers 3-6years old 4:30-5pm on Thursday only
