Thrust & Trust is a two-part, 14 Minute workout consisting of a strength ladder followed by a 7 Minute AMRAP.
Athletes will complete the first scored event in a relay style. Partner one will complete 5 Toes-to-bar and 5 Thrusters, then tag their partner who will do the same. Partner 2 will then tag partner 1 who will then complete 5 Toes-to-bar and 4 Thrusters. Partner 1 tags partner 2 to complete the same, and so on until both partners have completed all 5 rounds.
Toes-to-bar: Athletes start in a hang with feet behind the plane of the bar. Both feet must contact the bar simultaneously. Feet must pass behind the plane of the bar for subsequent reps.
SCALED ATHLETES PERFORM 10 KNEE RAISES.
Knee Raise: Athletes start in a hang with feet behind the plane of the bar. Both knees must be pulled above the crease of the hip simultaneously. Feet must pass behind the plane of the bar for subsequent reps.
Thrusters: Athletes must squat w/ hip crease below the knees in the bottom and show full extension and lockout under control at the top.

R1: Rx - 135/95 #, Scaled - 95/65 #
R2: Rx - 155/105 #, Scaled - 115/75 #
R3: Rx - 175/115 #, Scaled - 135/85 #
R4: Rx - 195/125 #, Scaled - 155/95 #
R5: Rx - 205/135 #, Scaled - 165/105 #
There is a 5 Minute Cap for part (a) followed by a 2Minute Rest before starting part (b).
At the conclusion of the 2 Minute rest, athletes begin a 7 Minute AMRAP:
40 Pull-ups
30 Power Cleans
20 Wall Walks
Pull-ups: Athletes start in a hang with a fully extended elbow. Chin must break the plane of the bar at the top. Elbow must be fully extended for subsequent reps.
SCALED ATHLETES WILL DEAD HANG WHILE PARTNER WORKS - NO PULL-UPS
Power Clean: Bar begins on the floor and finishes in the front rack position, knees and hips extended. Bar must return to the ground for subsequent reps.
Clean Weight: Rx - 135/95 #, Scaled - 95/65 #
Wall Walks: Athletes begin laying on the floor with a line marked at the shoulder. Hands begin and end at this line. Athletes must walk their hands to a designated line before returning to the start line.
Distance: Rx - 12" from wall, Scaled - 24" from wall
