LIFT Pricing + Availability Update

We just shared our current pricing for LIFT, and I wanted to give a quick update for anyone who has been watching from the sidelines or thinking about getting started.

Right now, we are currently full across every level of service we offer.

That includes:

Adult small-group training
Personal training
Student-athlete training
Adult flex passes
Launch sessions for new members

This is a good problem to have, and we do not take it lightly.

At LIFT, we are not trying to pack the room just to say we have more people. We coach. We correct. We progress people properly. We want every member to feel seen, supported, and challenged at the right level.

That means we have to protect the quality of the room.

Every new member starts with our LIFT Launch process so we can learn your goals, assess your movement, teach our standards, and place you in the best option for your schedule, experience level, and goals.

Our current pricing is listed in the graphic, but at this time we are not taking on new clients immediately.

The good news?

We are actively working toward expansion.

Our goal is to open up more space next door for our adult strength and small-group training, while also developing an offsite location for our student-athlete program.

That will allow us to serve more people without watering down the coaching, culture, or standard we have built.

So if you are interested in training at LIFT, keep an eye out.

We will be opening spots as space becomes available, and we will share updates as the expansion process moves forward.

Start Here: LIFT Launch

Every new member starts with the LIFT Launch Program before entering regular training.

Launch helps us learn your goals, assess how you move, introduce you to the LIFT methodology, and set the standard before you jump into regular sessions.

Learn the standard before you train the standard.



LIFT Launch Options

1 Launch Session — $69

Best for experienced clients who already understand basic movement patterns and mostly need refinement, coaching eyes, and an introduction to the LIFT methodology.

This is a great fit for experienced lifters, former athletes, or someone currently training who just needs a strong starting point.



2 Launch Sessions — $129

Best for someone with some training experience who feels a little rusty, inconsistent, or needs more coaching before joining regular sessions.

These sessions give us time to clean up movement, build confidence, and help you understand how we coach at LIFT.



3 Launch Sessions — $189

Best for beginners or anyone with little to no training experience who needs more hands-on coaching before entering regular classes.

These sessions help teach foundational movement patterns, build confidence, review modifications, and make sure you feel safe and supported.

Additional Launch sessions may be recommended if needed.

LIFT Elite Package — $189/month

Includes 8 sessions per month

Best for adults who want consistent strength training, accountability, and structured coaching 2x per week.



LIFT Pro Package — $239/month

Includes 12 sessions per month

Best for adults who want the strongest results, the most consistency, and the best per-session value.

Best for adults who need flexible scheduling because of work, travel, or changing weekly availability.

Before you go HAM in the gym, let’s clear something up.

Training harder does not always mean training better.

You do not need to take every set to failure.
You do not need to crawl out of the gym.
You do not need to destroy yourself to make progress.

What we want at LIFT is simple:

Train hard enough to make your body adapt.
Recover well enough to come back and do it again.

That’s where RIR comes in.

RIR means Reps In Reserve.

It’s asking:

“How many good reps did I have left?”

Most of your working sets should end with about 1–3 reps left in the tank.

That means the set was challenging, but still controlled.

You’ll know you’re there when:

The reps slow down.
The muscle starts burning.
You have to focus.
You could maybe do 1–3 more clean reps, but not many more.

That is productive training.

Not sloppy reps.
Not ego lifting.
Not junk volume.
Not chasing soreness just to feel like you did something.

The closer you train to failure, the fewer sets you usually need.

We would rather see:

Fewer quality sets.
Better effort.
Cleaner movement.
Better recovery.
More consistency.

There is a time and place for failure training.

Usually, that works best on safer exercises like:

Leg extensions
Hamstring curls
Cable lateral raises
Biceps curls
Machine presses

But we do not need to take heavy squats, deadlifts, presses, or rows to failure every workout.

That’s how joints get angry, form breaks down, recovery tanks, and training stops being sustainable.

The goal is not to barely survive the workout.

The goal is physical freedom.

To move better.
Feel stronger.
Build muscle.
Have energy outside the gym.
And keep showing up for years.

At LIFT, we train hard.

But we train smart.

Hard enough to grow.
Controlled enough to recover.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: WILL — 50 CHECK-INS STRONG

When Will first walked into LIFT, he was one of the first guys to jump in and trust what we were building.

Since then, he’s done more than just show up.

He’s become part of the heartbeat of this place.

Will is a good dude with a big heart. He brings great energy, works hard, encourages the people around him, and somehow officially earned the title of LIFT BROchacho along the way.

And let’s talk about the work…

Since starting at LIFT, Will is down 15.4 pounds, has dropped 19 pounds of body fat, and has added over 2 pounds of skeletal muscle.

That’s not just weight loss.

That’s rebuilding.

That’s recomposition.

That’s showing up consistently, putting in the reps, learning how to move better, getting stronger, and running up that dumbbell rack like a boss.

The best part?

He’s just getting started.

Memorial Day Schedule Update 🇺🇸

Hey LIFT crew,

There will be no classes on Memorial Day.

I’m going to take the day to get some much-needed family time, and we’ll resume classes on Tuesday.

Tuesday’s schedule will be slightly adjusted:

No 5:00 AM class
No 4:30 PM class

We will have:

8:15 AM LIFT + MOVE
9:30 AM LIFT + MOVE
4:15 PM Student Athlete
5:30 PM LIFT + MOVE

For Tuesday’s workout, don’t worry about missing anything complicated.

We’re keeping it simple:
kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and light machine work.

Simple movements done savagely well.

Think: sweat sesh light, move well, get the work in, and leave better.

Enjoy the long weekend, get some rest, spend time with your people, and we’ll get back after it Tuesday.

I’m kicking around an idea for June and wanted to see if there’s interest...

What if we hosted a LIFT Athlete Combine Day for middle school and high school athletes?

Think less “conditioning workout” and more testing + competition + fun.

Athletes could test things like:

⚡ 40-Yard Dash (timing gates)
⬆️ Vertical Jump
💥 Medicine Ball Throw
🏋️ Trap Bar Strength Test
🏃 Conditioning Challenge
📊 Athlete Scorecard + Rankings

The goal wouldn't be to embarrass anyone or make athletes feel like they have to be elite.

The goal is to:

✅ Give athletes measurable data
✅ Show strengths and weaknesses
✅ Track progress over time
✅ Build confidence
✅ Create a fun atmosphere around performance

Then imagine retesting every few months to see real progress.

It’s hard to believe Miss Laura just hit her 50th check-in at LIFT. 🎉

It’s been a lot of fun getting to know her over these last 50 sessions together.

She’d probably tell you I’m “a little too much”… but she still hasn’t seen the full version yet. 😆

What’s been even more fun to watch is what consistency can do. Session after session, showing up and putting in the work has led to her becoming stronger, more powerful, more capable, and along the way she’s also leaned out 10 pounds over the last few months.

The coolest part? We’re just getting started.

I’m excited to see where we’ll be at by 100 check-ins.

Miss Laura, thank you for trusting me, joining LIFT, and believing in the vision we’re building here in Haughton. We’re grateful to have you as part of the family.
