🧘‍♀️ What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, phone/camera, and snuggles!

🐾 Proceeds from this event will benefit the Hub City Humane Society, helping support local animals in need. Plus, the kittens in class will be available for adoption! You just might meet your new furry best friend.

Some days yoga is about pushing yourself, finding your strength, holding the pose a little longer, taking the challenge, and realizing just how capable you truly are. Other days, yoga looks completely different. It’s slowing down, softening, breathing deeply, and allowing yourself to simply exist without pressure or expectation.

Yoga teaches us that both versions are equally important.

Not every practice has to be powerful to be meaningful. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is show up exactly as you are, listen to your body, and give yourself the care, patience, and grace you so freely give to everyone else.

Your mat doesn’t ask you to be perfect. It simply asks you to be present.”
