RAPID RESPONSE: 10 WOMEN NEEDED FOR OUR NEXT 6-WEEK RESET
We’re looking for busy women who want to lose weight, get stronger, and build a routine they can actually keep up with.
Not another workout to figure out alone.
Not another list of foods with no help making it work at home.
Six weeks of coached workouts, practical nutrition guidance, and a clear next step.
We’re reviewing up to 20 applications and accepting up to 10 women for our next 6-Week Life & Wellness Reset at Champion’s Way Training in Hattiesburg.
Deadline to apply: Wednesday, September 16 at 6:00 PM Central.
Consultations and onboarding: September 17–20.
Program starts: Monday, September 21, 2026.
Here’s what makes this different.
There’s no shortage of advice about getting healthier.
Eat more protein.
Start walking.
Lift weights.
Plan your meals.
Be consistent.
But there’s a big difference between hearing that advice and knowing what to do with it.
What should breakfast actually look like?
What can the rest of the house eat too?
Which exercises should you start with?
What happens when work runs late and the workout you planned doesn’t happen?
And when you’ve been putting in effort but aren’t seeing the progress you hoped for, what should change?
Those are the questions we help answer.
Because sometimes the problem is getting started.
Sometimes it’s keeping a routine going.
And sometimes it’s figuring out why the approach you’ve been using isn’t getting you where you want to go.
We don’t assume those are all the same problem.
Before we start handing out instructions, we sit down and talk.
What are you working toward?
What have you tried?
What does a normal week look like?
What makes eating and exercising easier?
What tends to get in the way?
Then we choose a realistic starting point together.
I believe good coaching starts with understanding.
Proverbs puts it this way:
“…and with all thy getting get understanding.”
That’s the principle behind the Reset.
Understand the person first.
Then make the next step clear.
Here’s what that looks like over the six weeks.
YOUR WORKOUTS ARE PLANNED.
We’ll set a three-workout weekly schedule around the available times that work for you.
Gym sessions are 45 minutes.
You won’t have to walk in, look around, and figure out what to do.
A coach will demonstrate the exercises, help with your technique, and adjust the workout to your starting level.
You can work hard without being expected to start where somebody else is.
And when getting to the gym isn’t possible, we’ll help you use an appropriate backup workout instead of leaving you to start the whole week over.
YOUR FOOD PLAN GETS PRACTICAL.
We’ll give you a meal guide, portion guidance, and a weekly grocery list built around your household.
Not just “eat healthier.”
Actual foods.
Actual meals.
Clear portions.
Simple preparation instructions.
The aim is meals your household can share, with portions adjusted as needed, rather than making an entirely separate dinner for yourself.
And if something on the plan doesn’t work for you, tell us.
We’ll help you choose a swap.
YOU GET FEEDBACK, NOT JUST A HANDOUT.
Send your meal photos through the Champion’s Way app.
We’ll use them to help you understand your choices and make practical adjustments.
You won’t have to wonder whether you’re following the plan correctly and wait six weeks to ask.
When a busy day, travel, or a change in plans gets in the way, we’ll help you work out the next move.
WE REVIEW YOUR FIRST WEEK.
At the end of the first seven days, we’ll review your workouts, nutrition follow-through, check-in scores, and available measurements.
What went well?
What was harder than expected?
What is improving?
What needs adjusting?
Then you’ll have a clear focus for the next week.
Not another pile of things to figure out.
And not a promise that everyone will get the same result.
Real feedback about your progress.
That’s what this program is built around.
Coaching that pays attention.
Food guidance that gets specific.
Workouts that are already planned.
And support when the week doesn’t go perfectly.
This does require participation.
You’ll need to show up, communicate, and follow the plan we agree on.
But you do not need to arrive already in shape.
You do not need to know your way around the gym.
And you do not need to have every meal and every week figured out before you begin.
That’s what the coaching is there for.
We’re here to help with training, nutrition habits, and follow-through. Medical concerns belong with your healthcare provider, and we’ll respect that guidance.
Applying does not commit you to enrolling.
We’ll review your application first. If it looks like we may be a good fit, we’ll arrange a consultation and talk through the program, the schedule, and your questions before you decide.
We’re reviewing up to 20 applications and accepting up to 10 women for this group because each person needs time for that consultation, setup, and coaching.
Applications close Wednesday, September 9 at 6:00 PM Central.
The next Reset starts Monday, September 21.
To get the short application, send a message with the word ‘RESET’ below.
You’ll receive it in a private message. There’s no need to share your goals or personal details in the comments.
I’ll personally review what you send and let you know the next step.
You bring the willingness to get started.
We’ll help you put the plan into practice.
