We are so incredibly thankful for the overwhelming amount of interest in swim lessons! 🏊‍♀️ It truly means so much to our family and our program.

We are currently working through messages and getting everyone scheduled to finish out our spring sessions. Thank you for your patience as we respond— we promise we’re getting to each of you!

We will begin scheduling for summer lessons in April, so stay tuned for more details soon.

We appreciate all of your support and can’t wait to get your swimmers in the water!

What is the youngest age you accept for swim lessons?
We offer swim lessons for children age 2 and up.

Why do you start lessons at age 2?
By age 2, most children are developmentally ready to:
• Separate briefly from a parent
• Follow simple instructions
• Participate safely in structured, skill-based lessons
Starting at this age allows us to focus on proper technique, confidence, and long-term skill development, not just water exposure.

💦 Want to help your child progress faster in swim lessons? Practice doesn’t have to stop at the pool!

🏠 Here’s how to support swim skills at home:
✅ Bathtub play – Practice blowing bubbles, pouring water over their head, and floating on their back
✅ Kick practice – Sit on the edge and kick legs straight and strong
✅ Water safety talks – Reinforce pool rules, safe entries, and always asking before getting in
✅ Face in the water – Use goggles in the tub or a kiddie pool to get comfortable with submersion
✅ Consistency – Talk positively about swim lessons and celebrate small wins!
