Hello all! I have created a workshop series with the intention of helping everyone detoxify their environments, diets, and heal themselves naturally. Great for anyone experiencing hormonal imbalances, inflammation, parent's (especially of children with ADD, ADHD, or other neurodivergence), people with autoimmune or inflammatory conditions, those experiencing depression/anxiety, anyone who wants to live and feel better for life.

This 90-minute workshop provides all the information you need to remove environmental as well as dietary toxins from your life, allowing your body to truly heal as it was designed to. Learn to identify common sources of toxins, how they affect your health, and simple ways to lower your daily toxic load, encouraging sustainable change for you, your family, and your planet. Your body already knows how to detox. It just needs energy to do it. High toxic load doesn’t poison the body, it exhausts it and healing begins when the body has enough energy to do its job.
