When you make training fun, your young athletes are more likely to get more out of it.
Coaching should never be mean and drill Sargent like. We challenge our athletes to work hard but keep it positive and fun so they have a good positive experience in the gym.
Our goal is helping kids develop a good relationship with the gym and their fitness.
