Our Irish dance Athletes getting faster feet and having fun while doing it. (They are all giggles) Then finishing up the workout with a fun game.

When you make training fun, your young athletes are more likely to get more out of it.

Coaching should never be mean and drill Sargent like. We challenge our athletes to work hard but keep it positive and fun so they have a good positive experience in the gym.

Our goal is helping kids develop a good relationship with the gym and their fitness.

After this we threw around a rope and pushed the sled and some other things. All in all it was a fun time for all. Nice work!
