My sister Kathy gets credit for sending the following newspaper clip:

"You know what is underrated? Letting people be. Letting them mispronounce a word, talk to much about a show they love, or get excited about something you don't understand. You don't have to get it, just be kind. Everyone's got something that lights them up. Let them shine even if it's not your thing".

If you are a parent, or maybe a friend of someone who doesn't march to the beat of every drummer, this is also your opportunity to let your people just be their happy selves.

"Let them shine!"

And maybe your the person that is a little weird too. It's ok, we'll let you shine too.

Seasons are changing and SO ARE WE! Now is the time to start moving so you can jump right into summer injury free. This challenge is PERFECT for people new to these movements.

A seasoned gym rat? I challenge you to start at a higher level of reps and bump it up each week.

This ancient Sanskrit symbol is a quiet reminder to do what comes naturally. It’s the first thing we do when we come into this world, and the last thing we do when we leave it.

When everything feels like too much, when your thoughts are racing and your chest feels tight, when the world starts to spin and you can’t find solid ground, come back to your breath.

You don’t need to fix anything right now. You don’t need to figure it all out or know what comes next. Just breathe. In and out. Slow and steady. One breath at a time.

Your breath has been with you from the beginning. It will be with you at the end. In between, it is your anchor. The place you return to when everything else feels uncertain.

So if today is overwhelming, if this week has been heavy, if you’re struggling to stay present, come back to something simple.

You are here. You are alive. You are still breathing. And for now, that is enough.
