Tight hips don’t just limit your workouts… they affect how you move every single day.

If your hips lack mobility, it can lead to: 🙅🏾‍♂️Lower back pain 🙅🏾‍♂️Knee discomfort 🙅🏾‍♂️Poor posture 🙅🏾‍♂️Limited strength and power

Once again this is what helps me, but I know this is something everyone could benefit from and I always recommend this to clients as well.

Some energy drinks are ok but this is next level with no crash at the end of the day and enough energy to power through whatever you got going on.

My Father gave me the wisdom that only a father could give : “Don’t burn yourself out trying to be a provider and a father figure… remember you’re also a husband.”

That stuck with me.

I’ve been locked in too training, coaching, showing up for everybody… but it made me realize something. Balance isn’t just for fitness. It’s for life.

You can’t pour into your work, your kids, and your goals… and forget about the person who’s with you through it all.

Being a provider matters.
Being a father figure matters.
But being present for your partner matters too.

That same balance we talk about in fitness for meals, workouts, recovery…
It applies to your life.

If you want to be strong in every area, you’ve gotta show up in every role.

Knee pain isn’t always a knee problem.

A lot of times it comes from weak hips that aren’t stabilizing properly.

I’ve seen it a lot more since my surgery & especially in younger athletes.

Start simple:
✔️ Glute bridges
✔️ Banded walks
✔️ Step downs
