Hastings Raiders 15AAA Defeated By St. Thomas Academy Cadets 16U/VFW

Hastings Raiders 15AAA could not keep up with St. Thomas Academy Cadets 16U/VFW 9-6 on Thursday.

St. Thomas Academy Cadets 16U/VFW opened the scoring in the second after Jaylen Young singled, scoring one run.

Seth Leary drove in four runs on three hits to lead Hastings Raiders 15AAA past 2025 - Boys of Summer 10-7 on Thursday. Leary singled in the fourth scoring two, singled in the first scoring one, and singled in the sixth scoring one.

Hastings Raiders 15AAA got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Luke Werner singled down the left field line, Leary singled down the left field line, Joey Horton was struck by a pitch, and Cooper Pagel walked, each scoring one run.

Hastings Raiders 15AAA added three runs in the third. 2025 - Boys of Summer committed an error, making the score 7-0.

Both teams were strong on the mound on Monday, but Hastings Raiders 15AAA defeated Two Rivers Red And Gold 2025 16U 2-0. Brady Hendrickson started the game for Hastings Raiders 15AAA and recorded 20 outs.

Cooper Pagel collected three hits in three at bats, as Hastings Raiders 15AAA defeated St. Thomas Academy 15AAA Cadets 11-0 on Tuesday. Pagel singled in the second inning, singled in the third inning, and singled in the fourth inning.

Hastings Raiders 15AAA opened the scoring in the top of the second thanks to four singles. Hastings Raiders 15AAA first got on the board when Joey Horton singled, scoring one run.

Tournament champions! The Raiders defeated Inver Grove Heights 20-1 on Friday and beat Stillwater/Bayport 6-1 on Saturday. They defeated the Hastings VFW 16U team 13-9 in the championship game on Sunday.

Hastings Raiders 15AAA Rally Defeats VFW 16U

Hastings Raiders 15AAA trailed by as many as six, but came back to best VFW 16U on Sunday, 13-9.

Seth Leary collected three hits in four at bats in the win. Leary doubled in the fourth inning, singled in the fifth inning, and singled in the second inning.

VFW 16U jumped out to the lead in the top of the second inning after Payton Olson drew a walk, scoring one run, Tyson Werner singled, scoring one run, Charlie Meyers drew a walk, scoring one run, Collin McGuire singled, scoring two runs, and Zach Simon lined out, scoring one run.

Hastings Raiders 15AAA tied the game in the bottom of the fourth thanks to a ground out by Luke Werner, a double by Leary, and a steal of home by Leary.

A sacrifice fly by Austin Viall gave VFW 16U the lead, 8-7, in the top of the fifth.

Hastings Raiders 15AAA made the score 11-8 in the bottom of the fifth after an error scored three runs, and Leary singled, scoring one run.

Zander McVicker pitched five innings in relief for Hastings Raiders 15AAA. The pitcher allowed six hits and three runs while, striking out four and walking six. East Ridge 15U were the first to get on the board in the second when Crosby Baca hit into a double play, but one run scored.

East Ridge 15U added one run in the third. Hugo Spoo flew into a double play, making the score 2-0.

Adam Staves led things off on the mound for Hastings Raiders 15AAA. The pitcher allowed one hit and one run (zero earned) over two innings, striking out none and walking one. Blake Jones started the game for East Ridge 15U. The starter surrendered zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out two and walking none.

Zander McVicker led Hastings Raiders 15AAA with one hit in three at bats. Hastings Raiders 15AAA turned two double plays in the game.
