JBR OUTDOORS🌲 is now taking reservations for the 2022 spring, summer and fall camping season.
Rent our new 2022 Ice Castle(Sport Angler). This house is equipped with 4 bunks, oven, stove, microwave, furnace, 2-30lb propane tanks, small bathroom, A/C, TV/Bluetooth stereo, some utensils and other kitchen amenities.
During the camping season rentals include- pop up screen tent that goes up in seconds for shade and to keep the bugs out, portable shower, outdoor camping table w/ kitchen sink, generator, 6 person tent available for extra sleeping etc
Some cleaning supplies and toiletries will be included.
HOW IT WORKS-
You are renting this Sport Angler fish house that has most camping amenities and fully equipped for the winter ice fishing season to bring to any destination of your choice whether State Parks, campground or lake resorts. Reserve the dates you are looking to unwind (3 day minimum and discounted weekday and/or weekly rates may apply) You pick up the rental in Hastings, MN and travel to your destination (or possible delivery can be arranged within mile radius) A down deposit is due to reserve dates and the full balance is due upon scheduled pickup.
Accepted payments include Cash, Venmo, Cashapp or any MAJOR credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) w/additional 3.5% processing fee.
REQUIREMENTS-
Must have a vehicle with trailer brake hookup that can tow 3200lbs. A trailer hitch can be provided at no additional cost.
Monday - Wednesday Rates: $125 per day
Thursday - Sunday Rates: $150 per day
(Discounted rates apply for week long rentals (7 or more days) Rates exclude holiday rates.
Must sign contract agreement.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Must show proof of full coverage insurance.
Optional Insurance available to purchase.
(Price varies $10-$20 per day)
We are putting our trust that anyone looking to rent will take care of this brand new house.
However, we understand accidents happen therefore a damage deposit will be required. A garbage disposal fee and/or cleaning fee will be deducted if garbage is not removed or rental is not cleaned as was upon pickup.
