Great picture and great family. Master Jesus Jimenez put on a great seminar. It was a very positive experience overall and made the OIMA family look good again. Thank you Ms. Healy for your steady representation again. You are the example that many Blackbelts should take notice of and insert their participation and representation.

The American Isshinryu "Day With The Masters" on Saturday, 11/12/2022 was a great success. Thanks to a good program providing several martial arts seminars everyone had a positive Martial Arts experience. The event was held at the Red Oaks School at 238 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, NJ 07950.
USIKA Tactical Self Defense was presented by Master Phil Little from Tennessee. He delivered some very practical and powerful defensive skills and techniques and articulated clearly in his instructions.

The "Skills, Drills &Class Management seminar was skillfully presented by a group of young ladies of high Black belt rank. They organized a series of exercises and skill building methods that kept the participants moving, fully engaged and having fun although they worked hard and continuous.
After that seminar Master Kelly Carmona assembled all presenters and participants together for several group photos.
The organizers and staff provided a generous lunch for everyone at 1215 pm.

The last seminar was about the Importance of Body Shifting in Kata and was presented by Hanshi Jesus Jimenez (8th degree) Black belt from the Order of Ishinryu Martial Arts. He presented a very well structured demonstrations for patterns of movement, body shifting, combinations and utilized some sequences from Isshinryu kata to give participants a familiar platform from which to relate the skills and techniques he presented.

I had a great time watching, learning some new skills and chatting with several friends I had not seen due to Covid-19 and it was a very positive experience and reconnecting during the seminar.
I look forward to next years American Isshinryu "Day With The Masters" seminar program.

A great day of training in New York. Chi-Ryu Jiujitsu with a focus on Liuhebafa Chuan as well as SMP Arnis flowing with espada y daga.
