If it makes you happy, it doesn’t have to make sense to others. Muay Thai makes me happy. Happy to learn more and happy to pass that on through coaching, but most of all I am always happy to share the way that I use martial arts to stay in shape. So what are you waiting for? Try something new.

This is where I began and these are the people that I began my journey with. I didn’t start out skilled or confident, but I was lucky to have these individuals as my Muay Thai family. Fortunately, many of them are still my teammates. That is what class is all about to me. It’s about finding people who laugh with you, people who make you better, and most importantly, people who help you to accomplish your goals no matter what they might be. These people are that to me. I look forward to getting to know other martial artists like us who just strive everyday to be better than they were yesterday. Come join us whether you are a beginner or you are experienced. If you love martial arts, you’ll fit right in.😉
