We’ve heard every reason why “I can’t.” But now that myth is busted.

We mean it when we say anyone can do it. We’ve seen it over and over. Not just in Hyrox but in this gym.

People getting their very first box jump.
New mamas lifting weight they didn’t know was possible.
Father’s pushing their endurance, so that they can now play with their kids without getting winded.
