Congratulations to Renzo Gann who was named the D5 (High School) Most Outstanding Wrestler at the 2025 Panhandle Nationals Wrestling Tournament!

Renzo finished with 3 pins in his run to the 132 pound Champonship.

Jiu-Jitsu World League Xlll is in the books! This Saturday we took a team of 26 competitors to test our skill in Frisco.. we left with an impressive stack of medals - 6 🥇, 6 🥈& 9 🥉!!

Win or lose, I am so proud of this group of kids and adults!

The results are awesome, and we saw some great Jiu-Jitsu. No matter the result, the goal remains the same: get better.

We can accomplish anything if we continue to improve, and strive to always give our best effort!
