It's okay to have days you're not motivated, days you just check the box ... but at some point you’ve gotta have a few great days, days you’re excited to workout! It’s the only way to make training a sustainable habit.
Consistency is about loving the means, not just the end. So find a way to move your body that you actually enjoy & get going! 🤘🏼
