Tomorrow’s (7/17) class at 9:00 am on YouTube Live will be Totally Tábata. We will do 4 sets of each round, two moves in each round, there are 5 rounds. Lower, Upper, Combo, Abs, and Cardio. The timing is work for 20 seconds and rest for 10. After completing the 4 sets you will have a 1 minute break before moving to the next round.
We will finish with what I refer to as the Finale. We will do each move (that’s 10 in total) for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest between each move . I hope you will join me in an effort to be healthy BEFORE you NEED to be healthy!
