IMPORTANT NOTICE - CRITICAL FROSTY PLAN ERROR

We just learned (11/17/25) there is a serious issue with the latest batch of Frosty plans. Please check yours now! The side panel should measure 76" on deck, but on the faulty plans it’s barely 70", and the whole thing seems scaled down.

Our plans have been printed by New England Reprographics, who’ve been flawless for 40 years, but now this problem has popped up. Thankfully, we only sell a few plans each year, so hopefully we can catch this—though unfortunately, these do get passed around. Fortunately, we sent out only 4 copies of this plan. I’ll be calling NER in the morning to discuss.

BUILDING A FROSTY AND GETTING A PLAN

The Cape Cod Frosty is built from two 4'x8' sheets of 1/4" plywood using the "stitch and glue" method of construction. A minimum of tools and wood working skills are needed to build a decent boat. A skilled wood worker should be able to put the boat together in a single weekend.
