This class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and sculpting lean muscle.

We often incorporate equipment like resistance bands, light weights, Pilates rings, or reformers to intensify the workout while maintaining low-impact movement that’s gentle on the joints.

Having a space where people can move, heal, connect, and grow—without having to travel far—is something I deeply value and hope to continue for many years to come.
