Started the 2024-2025 season off with a new hunting chair and some relaxation in the woods. Went out squirrel hunting to set a trail camera and scout for deer on public land. Here's to a great season.

It's not a bad first trip out on Lake Erie. I definitely had to push outside my concert zone to try something new, and I definitely have a lot to learn. Here's hoping I can get it dialed in for some fall walleye.

I think I found my next piece of hunting equipment. Wanting to be a little more mobil this season, I am always looking for ways to blend in. I'm not a big fan of the cost, but this may just be worth it.

As the season approaches, I like to look back on the previous season. This 8 point escaped me in the morning and came back in the evening. Couldn't have been happier with the harvest.

Face paint for no face paint for deer season?

Myself, I'm a face paint kind of guy. It's another thing I can do to blend into my surroundings. If you think about it, you wouldn't walk into the woods and climb up a tree wearing a white suit. You wear camo to blend in.
