Hi everyone! It’s that time of year…I’m starting the outdoor fitness class at the pavilion. I had planned to start on Tuesday, April 7th. but I don’t think the weather is going to cooperate. I will come back here on Monday the 6th. to verify the date. More than likely we will be starting Thursday the 9th. The classes will be Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:30 - 10:45 AM as long as the temperature is 40* and above at class time. The first half is cardio and the last half is muscle endurance.
Bring a mat, water bottle, a set of light dumbbells and a small towel. I have extra mats and dumbbells you can use if you don’t have them.
