New equipment was delayed but the gym is still being arranged this weekend. Tomorrow (Sunday) the gym will be ready to use.

In two weeks the new cardio will fill in the empty space.

With the additional space being added a more equipment coming to the gym. I guess now would be good a time as any to make a little push for additional memberships without the fear of "overcrowding".

We are 24/7, with a primary focus on strength training. We have coming in several new pieces of cardio, and also offer Tanning that is included with all membership plans.

We do offer family rates, its essentially 50% the standard rate for each additional family member. Family plans will still need to processed by ME.

But the gym will be closed Nov 22nd and 23rd.

We are moving all equipment around to make room for the expanded space and new cardio that will be arriving. (Treadmills, stair mills, bikes, assault runners, rowers etc...)

Informational Post about creating a meal plan

You know I have a friends who are coaches and nutritionist. I still believe they are the BEST resource for guidance.

But if the budget isn't right at the moment to afford some coaching, eating a clean and balanced diet shouldn't be out of the question.

Go to ChatGPT and ask it to create a diet plan with XX calories and XX protein intake. It will layout a meal plan that you can easily follow and budget for. Nice things about having a structured meal plan, is it's much cheaper to shop for as you can buy bulk since the consistency is the same.
