With the extremely cold weather that is predicted in the next few days- please make sure to leave the heat on 55 degrees and leave the water slightly dripping in the restroom when you leave the gym.

Just a reminder that starting in February fees are due by the 10th. After the 10th key fobs will be disabled and there will be a $5 fee to have them reprogrammed.

For January-key fobs will be disabled tonight if fees have not been paid.

There is a group that has started getting together for workouts if anyone is interested.
Usually Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 and possibly Saturday around 8:30 am.
