What happens when a community comes together?

The Be One of the 100 campaign reminded us that we are never alone.

When Our Sacred Space needed a new air conditioning system, you showed up. You donated. You shared. You encouraged. You believed in the value of this space and the people who gather here.

Together, we reached our goal.

The air conditioner has been replaced. The space has been restored. And just before the summer heat arrived, this community made sure that Black Creek Arts and Our Sacred Space Yoga could continue serving others in comfort.

As a small gift of gratitude, I created this guided meditation:

Because that is the lesson this campaign taught us.

We are connected to one another.
We are connected through shared purpose.

Chloe’s Sovereign Somatic Flo classes offer a different approach to Pilates—one rooted in nervous system regulation, body awareness, and healing from the inside out.

Like the rings of a tree, it is built slowly through seasons of growth, challenge, rest, and renewal.

Every breath, every choice to pause, every moment we return to ourselves adds another ring to the story of who we are becoming.

Yoga reminds us that peace is not the absence of chaos—it is the ability to remain rooted while life continues to change around us.

🙃 We can do hard things.

Most of the time, the biggest obstacle isn’t the pose—it’s the story we’re telling ourselves about the pose.

“I can’t.”
“I’m not strong enough.”
“What if I fail?”
“What if I look silly?”

But growth begins the moment we’re willing to get curious instead of certain.

With the right support, encouragement, and a willingness to try, things that once felt impossible become possible. Not because they suddenly become easy, but because we discover we’re more capable than we thought.

Brooke’s headstand chair practice is a beautiful reminder that confidence isn’t something you have before you try—it’s something you build by showing up and taking the next step.

Yoga teaches us that the challenges we face on the mat often mirror the challenges we face in life. The practice isn’t about being fearless. It’s about moving forward anyway.

WHY THIS CHANGE
For 11 years, this studio has been more than a place to take a class.

It has been a place to land, reconnect, grow, and begin again.

The Sacred Circle is a shift away from transactional yoga culture and toward something more sustainable and community-centered:

- consistency over convenience
- connection over consumption
- practice over performance
- community over isolation

We are not simply building a class schedule.

We are building a circle.
And there is a place for you in it.

Membership enrollment opens:
Feb 1 • May 1 • Aug 1 • Nov 1

Once enrollment closes, the circle holds steady until the next seasonal opening.
