If anyone in the Logan, Chapmanville, and Madison area are interested, let’s train.

I may not have a gym anymore, but I’m not done coaching.

I’m out of shape, but it’s time I change that. If I’m going to fight again then I want to surround myself with a strong team again. Underdog Fight Academy wasn’t a place, it was an idea. And an idea can never die.

We’re going back to basics, back to our roots. Training like they did when they didn’t have state of the art facilities. Do you think that Jack Dempsey had gave a damn about being comfortable?

Let’s go train outside. Let’s get uncomfortable.
