cer, where he played a vital role in shaping the team’s success. Ramirez’s leadership extends to the club level, earning the Milwaukee City Cup with Croatian Eagles SC in 2021. His coaching philosophy emphasizes holistic player growth, aligning seamlessly with Legacy Sports’ mission. DEREK MARIE
Derek Marie, with his extensive background as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Carroll University, brings a legacy of success and a deep connection to the institution where he once excelled as a student-athlete. His coaching tenure has produced CCIW All-Conference selections and notable achievements, reflecting his commitment to excellence. Chris has been dedicated to soccer for 35 years. After retiring from playing, he embarked on a career as a coach and data analyst. His passion for the sport has led him to blend personal achievements with mentoring aspiring soccer players and coaches. Over the years, he has honed his tactical expertise and developed a keen eye for skill refinement and strategic insights. Recently, he joined Carroll University as an assistant men’s soccer coach. In this role, he has been instrumental in developing strategic data analysis tools that help Carroll coaches make informed decisions about training, lineup selection, and game strategies. Chris is committed to leaving a legacy of talent development, providing coaches with strategic insights to win more games, and continuing to grow the beautiful game of soccer that he loves!
