Hey ladies!! I have loved this season in my life but I’m getting a little tired and with sickness going around it seems like numbers are dropping. So let’s take a break! Starting tonight their will be no classes until January. I hope you all understand and are able to join me and my pregnant self in January. But stay in touch for pop up classes! I'm so excited to be bringing PiYo to Owensboro CrossFit THIS Saturday! So many things will be going on throughout the day at Owensboro CrossFit, BUT join me at 10am for a full body workout!
