The power of friendship and UConn Women's Basketball after the Huskies' dominant win over UTSA women’s basketball. As a San Antonio native, I am grateful to have had a chance to see the Roadrunners reach the tournament for the third time in program history. As a Connecticut sports reporter, I am glad the Huskies will continue playing!

I had a chance to chat briefly with Azzi Fudd ahead of UConn’s matchup with the UTSA Roadrunners. I was interested to hear from players about how they view the attention March Madness brings to the sport, especially for the next generation. I STILL remember thinking UConn would never lose again after Stewie’s run. Gotta love it.
