Elite Hoop Group

Elite Hoop Group Established in 2011, Elite Hoop Group aims to provide youth with a unique basketball experience.

We currently are focusing our efforts in the Northeast United States, Puerto Rico, and Colombia which will position us to have a presence in North America, the Caribbean, and South America. We are in our early stages of making an impact in the athletic and personal development of every youth that participate in our events.

Coaching Academy today was great!

The student youth workers were really engaged about the complexities and dynamics in being a coach, and each person shared their coaching philosophy. They were asked to break down into 3 key areas what would be important for them if they were coaches.

Sports Workforce Program - Day One

Today we introduced our Youth Workers to Videography, Photography, recording team/player stats and table score/clock management.

Throughout the course of the program each youth worker will be trained and developed in each of the above areas. Thursday they’ll start a refereeing Academy and a Coaching Academy on Saturday.

This is all done in an effort to provide our youth with valuable work skills that can potentially lead to opportunities in the workforce as well as building confidence and self-esteem.
