Sign your 7th and 8th graders up for the upcoming strength and speed program through the high school

7th and 8th Grade Student Athletes - CHECK IT OUT

HUHS is excited to offer 7th and 8th Grade Strength and Speed training on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM. Participants will be taught the proper lifting techniques and provided a Strength and Speed Training program appropriate for their age and ability.

There will be two different sessions.
Session 1️⃣ December 1st - February 11th
Session 2️⃣ February 16 - April 22

Each session is $75 and is capped at 40 participants.

Please bring your check to the first night of the session you are attending. Checks can be made out to HUHS.

🏀 Hartford Basketball Club is Recruiting 3rd Grade Girls! 🏀

Does your daughter love basketball—or want to try something new? HBC is working hard to fill a 3rd Grade Girls roster for the 2025–26 season,

This is the youngest grade level eligible for HBC, so many families don’t realize their daughters can start this year. We’d love to see them on the court!

What to expect:

👟 Practices & games held locally

💪 Skill development with curriculum provided by HUHS Varsity Coaches

👫 Teamwork, confidence, and friendships that last

🏀 All skill levels welcome—no prior experience needed

📅 Season runs mid-October through Early February
