TRYOUTS AREN’T OVER YET... HERE’S WHAT’S NEXT! 🏐⚑

First, a huge thank you to the 180+ athletes who have already attended NorthEast Thunder tryouts! We were incredibly impressed by the talent, effort, and energy on the courts.

With one final tryout still to come, our coaches are continuing to evaluate athletes and thoughtfully build each roster.

The most important thing to know:
If you haven’t heard from us yet, you are still being considered.
Here’s how our process works:
🏐 We make rolling offers, not all at once.
🏐 Some offers have already been sent, while others will be sent over the coming days and weeks as evaluations continue and rosters take shape.
🏐 Every athlete will receive a final communicationβ€”whether you’ve been offered a spot or were not selected for a team.
🏐 Any offer you receive will remain valid for at least 9 days, and after an offer is extended, the Excelsior Region requires a 5-day quiet period, giving families time to consider their decision without pressure. If questions come up during that time, we’re always happy to help.

Our coaches are reviewing feedback from multiple sessions, comparing athletes across positions and age groups, and working together to build teams that provide the best fit for both our athletes and the club.

We know waiting can be difficult, and we truly appreciate your patience. Every athlete who stepped on the court deserves a thorough, thoughtful, and fair evaluation, and we’re committed to giving each player exactly that.
