No news yet on any pending sales. I would like to take this time to thank everyone in the community for your past support and announce that if a sale does not go thru the course will remain closed until that happens. We will update in the event that something comes up.

There is no new information on the golf course at this point. We are still working on an arrangement to keep it a golf course. There are some legal issues trying to be worked out. I think it is going in a positive direction. We will let everyone know when and if a deal is done.
