There will be football workouts for kids grade 3-6 starting this Saturday.
They will be at the complex from 10-11:15. Workouts will be as follows.
High knees
Butt kick
Lateral shuffle

4 cone drill (Shuffle, Sprint, Shuffle, Backpedal)

Drill 1: Proper breakdown position: Feet, Squeeze, Sink, and hands
Feet. Set a solid base by stomping the feet and setting them shoulder-width apart. Weight is balanced, and pressure is on the balls of the feet.
Squeeze. Players extend their chests to get the spine in line and create a large surface area. Think “proud chest.”
Sink. Bend at the knees, keeping the chest out and spine in line. Shoulders over hips. Knees over toes.
Hands. Bring the hands up in a relaxed position and ready to react.
This will start this saturday 10-1115 at sports complex
