It is the purpose of the Harrisonville Parks and Recreation Department to serve the public’s well-being by providing quality leisure opportunities through the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive parks and recreation program. We are committed to the following:

THANK YOU: The Harrisonville Parks Department would like to extend our sincere thanks to Sherwood Community Bank for their generous support of the Royal Street Extension project!

During the August Park Board meeting, SCB donated a check for $12,000, as part of a matching community investment grant, to fund batting cages and soccer goals during the renovations at North Park.

We are beyond grateful for this generous donation and the continued support of the Harrisonville community shown year in and year out by Sherwood Community Bank!

SCB was represented at the meeting by President Tracy Sloan, Senior Lender Gabe Sweitzer and Loan Officer Aaron Sloan.
