🎣 Don't forget! The 17th Annual Cass County Elks Lodge #2791 Youth Fishing Derby is this Saturday!

This FREE event is open to Cass County youth.

📍City Park- 706 Ash Street
• Check-in: 8:30 AM at the Amphitheater
• Fishing: 9:00–11:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:00 AM
• Prizes: 12:00 PM

🌦️ All weather updates will be provided by the Cass County Elks Lodge Annual Kids Fishing Derby

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Missouri Department of Conservation staff will have a pellet gun shooting range set up during the event. As a safety precaution, a portion of the Omega Trails will be closed. Please see the map in the comments for the affected area.

Join us and Louanna Mary Quilt Design for a fun-filled 4-day sewing camp for ages 7+! Each day features a brand-new theme with exciting matching sewing projects your child will love creating. ✂️🪡

✨ All supplies are included
✨ Small class sizes – space is limited!
✨ Parent Show & Tell on the final day to celebrate everyone’s creations

Please send your child with a water, lunch and afternoon snack each day.

🌞 Heading to the Pool? Here’s What You Need to Know! 💦

🏊‍♀️ All pool guests must register once annually before entering.
If you haven’t registered yet, stop by the Community Center to complete your 2026 Day Pass Waiver. Once the pool opens, our front desk and pool entry areas get busy, so a few minutes now to complete the waiver can save you time later.

📋 What does registration include?
✅ Entering your contact info (address, phone, and email)
✅ Filling out terms & waiver
✅ Taking a quick photo for check-in verification
✅ Providing a photo ID
👉 Guests under 18 must be registered in person by a parent/guardian.

🎟️ Where do I go next?
➡️ New visitors: After registering, head to the far-right lane to complete your paperwork and pay.
➡️ Already registered: Use the middle lane (left computer) to pay for your day pass.
➡️ Season Pass Holders: Skip the line and scan in at the far-left lane!

💡 You’re already registered if you meet ONE of the following:
You have an active Outdoor Pool Season Pass
You have an active Community Center Membership
You’ve already completed the 2026 Day Pass Waiver at the Community Center
