East Rockingham Recreation Association Family-oriented member owned private pool located in Penn Laird, Virginia with tennis and basketball

ERRA is located east of Harrisonburg, Virginia in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. The setting of the club with its picturesque view of Massanutten Peak is always relaxing. Established in 1962, the association is a private swim club offering other amenities such as tennis courts, picnic shelter, playground, and basketball courts. We are a family oriented club and offer a smoke and alcohol free environment.

📢 ERRA Pool Hours Update

ERRA will close at 6:00 PM tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19, due to staffing availability.

As the new school year begins, we want to wish all of our students a wonderful and successful school year! 📚✏️

With school back in session and all of our lifeguards being students, our operating hours must work around their school schedules while also following Virginia Department of Labor youth employment requirements during the school year. Because of this, pool hours may change as we work through staffing availability.

Please be sure to check our website and social media regularly for the most up-to-date information on pool openings, closings, and schedule changes.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition into our end-of-season schedule! 💦

🌧️ ERRA Pool Update – Sunday, August 16 🏊‍♀️

We will be opening today at 12:00 PM! 🎉

It looks like we may get a lull in the rain during the early afternoon, so we’re going to take advantage of the break and get some pool time in before the potential for heavier storms later today.

🌭 Due to the weather currently in the forecast, the Snack Shack will NOT be opening today.

As always, we’ll continue to monitor the weather and will post updates if conditions require us to close early.
