Meet Chris Caballero! Chris is a Dispatcher and Fleet Manager with Keens Storage Trailers and Containers, LLC, keeping our fleet running on schedule.

Off the clock, Chris trades the fleet for the diamond, playing vintage baseball the way it was meant to be played. No gloves, no modern shortcuts, just bare-handed grit and underhand pitches straight out of a century ago. ⚾

Chris calls Bridgewater home, where he lives with his fiancé. Fair warning: ask him about his latest tournament and be ready to hear all about the next one. 😄

Meet Andrew Lam! Andrew is a Partner and Wealth Advisor with Strategent Financial. A University of Virginia grad, he worked for Dimensional Fund Advisors in Charlotte, NC and Austin, TX before moving back home to Virginia to join Strategent in 2022.

Off the court, Andrew's favorite team is his own — wife Ellen and their two young daughters. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

This online gathering, hosted by the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and the Virginia Association of Centers for Independent Living, will offer an opportunity to reflect on the progress made, recognize ongoing efforts, and celebrate those who continue to advance disability rights every day.

A huge thank you to Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center for welcoming the VAIL Harrisonburg Cardinals basketball team and giving students the opportunity to learn more about adaptive recreation! 🏀

We had an amazing time introducing students to adaptive sports and getting everyone involved in a fun 4-on-4 game. Opportunities like these help promote inclusion, teamwork, and awareness while showing that recreation and sports can be accessible to everyone.

Thank you for your support and for helping create such a positive and engaging experience for all involved!
