Join us on Feb 7th for a women led and women focused Jiu Jitsu for self defense event! Led by our own Kayla. She will focus on practical (and a few fun) techniques that showcase why we think it’s so important for women to train Jiu Jitsu.
We will be raising funds for our local domestic abuse treatment center and pressure will match up to $500 of any donations raised! This is an inclusive event for women and femme people, bring your friends! Feel free to message us with any questions!

Spent some time repairing the mats and giving them their monthly deep scrub, followed by a final mop to get it ready for class early Monday! Cleanliness is very important here at Pressure! Nothing worse than having to sit out of training because of a skin infection, and I have yet to see one in my 7 years here at Pressure!
