💗October Warrior of the Month: Brooke 💗
I was a HOTWORX advocate before I was ever an owner, but I never imagined how important it would become during my breast cancer journey.
Through chemotherapy, I did what I could—even if it was just coming in to sit and sweat. After reconstruction surgery left me with almost no strength, I slowly started rebuilding with Cycle and Blast before working my way back to Bands and Pilates.
Progress is slow, but the benefits are so rewarding. I’m grateful to have HOTWORX as part of my journey and to keep showing up and getting stronger.
This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll also finish my final immunotherapy treatments. 💗🔥

What can you turn a pen into in 45 minutes? 👀🖊️

A couple of weeks ago, we sent Kayla & Lina into the streets of Harrison for a fun leadership challenge inspired by the classic matchstick trade-up challenge!

The mission? Build confidence, step outside their comfort zones, and practice connecting with new people!

The rules? Start with a pen, spend NO money, trade your way up, and make it back in 45 minutes! ⏱️

After some creative trades involving cookies, cash, and a few surprises…

🌸 Kayla returned with a flower!
🏐 Lina somehow scored an entire VOLLEYBALL!

At HOTWORX Westchester, growth doesn't stop when you step out of the sauna! We're not just building strength. We're building confidence, encouraging leadership, and challenging each other to grow beyond the workout. 🔥

We tried to film a video about working with ADHD brains and accidentally filmed what it’s actually like to work with ADHD brains. 🧠🧡

Oh, and did we mention we were also preparing for a vendor event that day? Because apparently, we thought that was the perfect time to film. 🔥

ADHD can affect attention, working memory, organization, impulse control, and task completion — and it can show up very differently from person to person.

So yes, sometimes the process looks a little chaotic. Sometimes the path from “we have a plan” to “we finished the thing” makes absolutely no sense to anyone watching.

But we create. We problem-solve. We multitask (sometimes against our better judgment). And somehow, we get it ALL done.

If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
